How would you describe your style?
Kashera: My style definitely varies depending on how I feel that day. Sometimes I’m super girly, sometimes I play with edgy pieces. Either way, you will always catch me looking very modern with clean lines. I’m a perfectionist and it shows through my outfits.
Kira: I am for the most part always in timeless, feminine, girly attire. I love lace, frills and flares and firmly believe I should’ve been born in the 70’s because I am obsessed with big hair and bell bottoms.
We get the most inspiration from street style. We love paying close attention to what people are wearing when visiting different cities and incorporating the different styles into our wardrobes.
If you were given $150 to shop, would you spend it on one thing? Or spread it out among several items?
Kashera: Normally I’d say I would spread it out because I’m all about bargain shopping, but during the colder months I like to invest in pieces that will last me a few winters. With that being said, I’d most likely spend it on one thing like a nice wool coat or a nice pair of boots.
Kira: I would more than likely spread it out. I love getting more bang for my buck and love to bargain shop, so I could possibly do some damage with $150.
What is your favorite item in your wardrobe right now? Why?
Kashera: My flat mules. They’re sooo comfortable, yet stylish. I can wear them around the house, or slide them on and head out the door right on trend.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Traveling has become our therapy. Whenever we need a mental break away from work and life woes we travel, even if it is just to DC or Kira’s hometown, Boston.
What is something most people don’t know about you?
Kira: I am a thrill seeker lol. I love participating in somewhat dangerous activities like jumping from high points and sky diving (even though I have only tried indoor….so far).
Do you have a mantra you live by? If so, what is it?
My nana always says before I go anywhere remember, “You can take God wherever you go.” It’s just a daily reminder of how blessed we are.
