Donna Karan’s Fall 2015 line showcased an array of strongly tailored looks for the girl who has big dreams and isn’t afraid to go after them. According to Style.com, The show’s notes referred to “today’s look as ‘the New York uniform.'” The bold, pure colors work well next to nudes and are so refreshing for autumn.
Designers Stephanie Danan and Justin Kern from the L.A. label Co, focused on soft romantic shapes, dropped hemlines, and textures to elevate the simple pieces. The looks are easy to mix and match with more casual separates for an everyday feel.
It looks like the athletic trend is here to stay. I’m so glad, because I love it! Fashion these days is all about comfort as well. For fall, Odeur has paired heavy fabric with opulent, barely there fabric for an easy summer to fall transition.
